Ways to Enjoy your Intention Oils

It can be helpful to smell, diffuse, or apply your chosen aromas while writing down or voicing your intentions aloud. Here are some suggestions:

• Smell a drop from a Fragrance Tester Strip or a tissue.

• Make an anointing oil for the skin by adding 5-14 drops of essential oil to 10 ml Jojoba Oil, Golden - Organic (a 2-5% dilution) in a glass bottle with roll-on applicator.

• Add 7-10 drops essential oil to a diffuser.

• Make a room spray by adding 10-15 drops essential oil to 1 oz water in a glass bottle with a spray top. Shake well before each use.

• Apply 1-2 drops essential oil to a cotton ball and put it inside your pillowcase before bed.
