A Quick Guide: How to Navigate Our Product Pages

When it comes to natural ingredients, we know that formulators need quick access to detailed, trustworthy information to create effective and exceptional products. Perhaps you require supporting documents (such as a COA), an organic certificate, or you’re wondering how to use the material safely. Whether you're blending essential oils for aromatherapy, perfume, cosmetics or candles, our product pages are designed with you in mind.

To help you make the most of your online experience, we’ve put together this short navigation guide using our popular Lavandin, Grosso - Organic product page as an example: View Product Page

All About Appearance

The first thing you’ll see the color, texture, and viscosity of the oil from the product photo at the top left. Our amazing in-house photographer, Alison (who also doubles as our Receiving Manager), is the talent behind every product image, carefully photographing each one.

Pricing, Sizing, and Packaging

Next, how much do you need? When you land on the product page, at the top you’ll find pricing based on container size. Wondering if the bottle comes with an orifice reducer to dispense drop by drop? You’ll find that here. If the selected size does not say ‘with orifice reducer’ then that size comes with an open neck bottle for easy dispensing with a pipette. A quick note on orifice reducers, only 5 ml and 15 ml (½ oz) bottles with white caps have orifice reducers. Anything in 5 ml or 15 ml with a black cap will not have an orifice reducer due to the thicker viscosity of the oil.

For Hydrosols and Carrier oils, click on a size and look above the pricing to see if that size includes a sprayer (all sizes up to 2 oz include a sprayer) and whether the bottle is plastic or glass.

Open the Certificates of Analysis (COA) drop-down menu and you’ll find downloadable PDFs for up to the last 8 lots of the material. Look at your bottle to see which lot you received, then click on your specific lot to either download or view the corresponding COA. COAs include details such as:
