This earthy blend features our Fossilized Amber Oil with a supporting cast of woody-resinous elements. It is a less complex but more economical alternative to our Amber Essence Oil. Still full-bodied and warm, Amber Pure & Simple is lighter, with pronounced notes of Amber-like Labdanum, smoky-sweet Cedarwood and hints of Black Pepper. It is a superb fixative for massage oils, bath and body products, natural perfume blends, and an excellent base to expand upon for any of your own creations.

Amber, balmy, blood temperature & loaded with extracts of the warmest, sweetest, most lovely waves of nostalgia... whenever i am without it, my luck is muted. Liquid magic & wildly seductive. Friends struggle to fight the snuggle urge when they smell me. Eden B has always done right by pricing this gem so affordably.

Too diluted?

I was pretty confused upon receiving this oil. I've bought both Patchouli Amber Spice and Amber Essence oil, enjoyed them both. This opens with a faint smell of sunflower seeds/carrier oil and fades to a super light, barely noticeable frankincense smell. I don't smell labdanum at all. I just put in on 20 minutes ago, so I'll give it some time, but I'm so far disappointed.

At last. I've always loved amber especially in combination with lavender and sandalwood. I was searching for the perfect essential oil or any kind of amber oil that I could incorporate into some products for my bodywork practice. When i received the sample I was hooked! Just sweet enough, just amber-y enough and it's been a great addition to my body care products!
