An enigmatic and alluring blend!

Rating

A mysterious and powdery blend, which is difficult to describe. Definitely the Agarwood shines through, with wood notes and Amber, making this delicious scent worthy of any beguiling wood nymph or satyr. I add an extra drop of Vetiver to help it endure throughout the day, reviving me with thoughts of field and forest. A lovely little magic potion, to wear for yourself and anyone who strays into your sphere!

Heavenly!

I am absolutely obsessed with this oil. I first purchased a small sample and was so taken with it that I purchased a 2 oz. bottle next. This reminds me so much of old churches, I mean the ones that are more than a century old, and when you step inside, the entire space is permeated with the scent of ancient incense-soaked timbers, flickering candles, and whispered prayers. If "sacred" had a smell, this would be it!

You were meant for me

This little gem fell into my lap quite by chance when I bought a group of used oils from another source. It was actually an unused, unopened bottle, but aged some years. This blend really hits the sweet spot for me. It's got everything I love, makes me want to share it with others around me so we can all smell like this all day long. But I already gave away all I am willing to spare, which ain't much. Often amber blends are just a dominant labdanum scent, and nothing else can shine through. This though is an exceptional, masterful blend. Well done, Eden. My hat's off to you.

Disappointed

I had recently bought some home fragrance balls claimed to be "amber and sandalwood" that smelled so good that I've been in search of a similar perfume. Hence, I ordered this oil. I have to say I'm a bit disappointed after paying so much for a little bottle which doesn't smell anything like I expected either. It has a sharp, strong smell. This oil that I received smells more like patchouli or rosemary than amber/sandalwood. While it might have relaxing properties of herbs like, for example, lavender, it definitely isn't the romantic, heavenly smell that I was expecting it to be. The search is going on. :/
