Rating This oil blend is outstanding. I had a free sample and was so impressed I bought 8oz. Whoever is doing the blending for Eden is clearly gifted. I would like to see more blends like this from Eden with more than 20% EO content. Here is a suggested blend that I make myself: Sandalwood,Frankincense,Myrrh,Patchouli,(Posted on 10/6/2020)

- Love it! Review by Nick

Rating Just found this after another brand changed the formula of their Amber/Patchouli oil. This stuff is amazing, I love it! Wish it came in a roller bottle, however, a little goes a long way!(Posted on 3/8/2019)
- A deep, warm, earthy, long-lasting, complex and beguiling scent Review by Michele L.

Rating I've been a long time lover of anything base note and especially love Vetiver, Agarwood, Patchouli, Sandalwood and Amber. Up till now I've been content to brew my own, but here is a complex mix as close to perfect for my nose as it can get. I may add a touch more Vetiver to have it lean that way, but this scent will be in daily use for me. Thanks for doing the mixing for me Eden. I'm in heaven!(Posted on 1/16/2019)
- earthy comfort Review by Ivy

Rating The opening is woody and spicy. The dry down becomes a comforting skin scent. All the notes are perfectly blended. Very long lasting, I put it on when going to bed and can still smell traces of it in the morning. A little goes a long way -- one drop rubbed between wrists and dabbed on the crook of the elbows and neck is enough. There is something so calm and comforting about this scent. Please never stop making it, Eden! It is perfect!(Posted on 1/13/2019)
- A complex, interesting aroma, but a bit heavy in patchouli Review by Robyn

Rating I'm a big fan of Eden Botanicals oils and blends. Even if I don't personally like a scent, I know the quality is excellent.(Posted on 10/7/2018)
What I really like about the Patchouli Amber Spice blend is the earthy smokiness that seems to come from the cedarwood and frankincense. Like another person has commented, there's a sense of being in a sacred space, like a temple or cathedral. It's very grounding and the scent lasts a long time.
I wish I could say I love the smell of this blend. I do like the smell of patchouli when it's dialed back to as subtle as possible but I find it overpowering and too masculine in this one and it's probable I won't be wearing it as a perfume as it is. It might soften if I add some ylang ylang complete, though, so I'll experiment with that. Nonetheless, I think it'll smell wonderful as the scent in the natural candles that I'll be creating for the holidays.

Rating In retail management, I feel more comfortable wearing this at work. As much as I love straight patchouli, I don't think it's an appropriate smell for my workplace.(Posted on 1/18/2016)
It seems like people either love patchouli or hate it, but with patchouli amber spice, I've only gotten compliments. The amber takes the edge off and makes it sweeter.

Rating I have used this mix for years and so love it! :(Posted on 12/1/2015)
I have been told by others who have sat by me or who give me a hug, "What are you wearing, It smells soooo good. One person asked this while sitting in church said the above and added, "I have never felt so calm, before, when here.".
I love "...Love Oil" but I wear this one the most. Thank you for putting it together! : )

Rating I bought my first bottle 20 yrs ago and it's the only thing I have worn since. I work in the healthcare field and a person must be very careful(Posted on 4/2/2014)
what we expose patients to. I have never had a complaint of reaction. My only complaint is now it is such a part of me, I only smell it when I crack open the bottle.

Rating I really enjoy the earthiness of the patchouli contrasting the richness of the amber. I usually find even small amounts of amber to be somewhat cloying and overwhelming for my taste, but this blend really appeals to me since the amber is tamed by the other notes. It wears very well, and lingers for many hours on my skin.(Posted on 4/30/2013)
