Shipping Information

Shipping charges for orders sent to locations within the USA are: $4.00 for orders less than $40, $6 for orders between $40 and $80, and $8 for orders over $80. Eden Botanicals does not charge any additional handling or service fees, and we have no minimum order.

International orders are shipped at actual cost. Please see International orders below.

We ship primarily via the US postal service and accept orders shipped to PO Boxes. Orders are sent promptly, typically the business day following receipt of your order, however sometimes it takes us two business days to send orders. For overseas shipping rates or special delivery needs, please email or call us.

International Orders

For all international orders, please email us your order (or call us toll-free if you are in Canada). You will not be able to complete your order on-line if you are an international customer. Please email us and let us know which items you would like to buy and we will email back the exact amount of your order including the shipping charge. We will also give you payment options.

International orders are shipped at actual cost. We recommend that orders are shipped Express Mail International or Priority Mail International. Express Mail International is more expensive but is slightly faster and can be tracked. Neither of these services have guaranteed delivery times. We can also ship your order by Courier (UPS) which offers better tracking and service, however the cost is greater than for postal service.

Guarantee

All items are UNCONDITIONALLY GUARANTEED. If you are not satisfied with a purchase return the item(s) to us undamaged and unused within 2 weeks for an exchange or full refund (minus shipping charge). There is no additional restocking fee.

Order On-Line

Our on-line ordering system is easy to use and is secure. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. On-line orders may only be processed using a credit card issued from a bank in the USA. For international orders, please see above.

You may phone in your order to our toll-free order line between 9 AM and 5 PM pacific time. Our toll-free phone # is: 1-888-568-9919 for USA and Canada. We will then take your order and bill your credit card.

Mail Order

If you wish to mail in your order, please send us a check or money order for the total amount of the order. If you live in California, be sure to include 8% sales tax. Click here to view our Printable Order Form.
