Holiday Hours
Please place your orders as early as possible:
At Eden Botanicals, we make it our mission to get your package to you as soon as possible. Most orders received before 11 am Pacific Standard Time are shipped the same day that we receive it. However, we have no control over the shipment once it leaves our facility, and over the holidays shipping services may be slower than usual. Also, transit times reflect "business" days, and do not include weekends or holidays.
If you have selected an expedited service such as 2-Day or Next Day Air services, orders MUST be received before 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time in order to ship out the same day. Large bulk orders and orders placed just prior to and during major US holidays may have additional processing time of 2-3 business days, including expedited shipping. Online orders placed after business hours, or on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, won't be shipped until the next business day. You will receive an email a confirmation once a shipment leaves our facility. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or confirm that your email was entered correctly. If you have a package that absolutely must arrive at a certain time, please call us to confirm that we can meet your deadline.
